A life-size model illustrating the human digestive tract from mouth to rectum, with removeable liver, stomach and pancreas.
This life-size digestive system anatomy model illustrates the human digestive tract from mouth to rectum. The oral cavity, the pharynx and the first part of the oesophagus on this model have been dissected along the medial sagittal plane for easy study. The liver is removeable and is shown together with the gall bladder. The pancreas is also removeable and the duodenum has been dissected to show internal anatomy. The stomach can be removed and disassembled into two while the caecum, part of the small intestine, large intestine and rectum have been dissected to enable easier study of internal features.
This model has been mounted on board for easy display in the classroom or clinic.
